About our owners:

Randy Stigleman has worked in healthcare since graduating from college. He received his training working for Hospital Corporation of America and learned the ropes working at hospitals across the country. In the mid-80’s he and a business associate, Steve Noble, formed Accord Healthcare and purchased a small group of hospitals and nursing homes in rural Georgia. They continued to live in Clearwater commuting frequently to Georgia.

After years of travel they began searching for opportunities closer to home. With years of experience in hospitals and nursing homes, assisted living proved to be a natural progression. In March of 2008 they acquired the property at 1889 Curlew Road; after 6 months of renovations Accordia Woods Assisted Living opened its doors.

Randy’s wife, Michelle, and son, Brad, have joined him in running the day-to-day operations. Being a family run facility, our residents receive personal attention and treatment not found at larger corporate owned facilities. Our staff bonds with the residents creating a family atmosphere.
